Bulk Handling of Chemicals
We have bulk chemicals in 2 locations for storage.  Mini bulk tanks can be distributed through out the company to better serve your spraying needs.  Green Plains Grain offers a variety of chemicals to suit your needs.  We carry products from Agrisolutions, Dow AgroSciences, Syngenta, and Monsanto.  We have what you need on hand and can easily order more as needed.    

  Crop Scouting

We have scouting services available throughout the year to help manage pest problems that occur during the growing season. Our experienced CCA staff can provide you with valuable information to identify management levels and the treatment of these pests. We can also make pre sprayer visits to your field to make sure the right chemical and rates are used in the application.





Modern, Well Maintained Equipment
We can provide you with well-maintained equipment to get your fertilizer, chemicals, and lime applied in a timely manner. Our floaters are all equipped with GPS, parallel swathing to help ensure accurate application of these inputs.

Large Capacity Dry and Liquid Fertilizer Plants
We have 2 large storage facilities in our company.  This improves our efficiency to enable us to deliver all your dry fertilizer needs including micronutrients as well as grass seed/fertilizer combinations.

Geo Referencing Tile Lines
This can be a very important and interesting tool combined with yield mapping to see the benefits of drainage.  We also provide a scaled map of your field and location of the tile lines for your records. 

 
Seed Treatments
There are 2 seed treaters in the company.  This gives us the ability to treat your seed with products to help eliminate early season diseases.  We will treat any brand of soybean you bring in.  For treatment products we use Agrisolutions Warden and Warden CZ(Cruiser).  We also use Nitragin's Optimize for seed inoculation.

 Variable Rate Technology
Our RoGators and floaters are equipped with technology that will allow us to apply the correct amount of material needed.  We take soil samples from the growers fields and make maps which show us where a certain amount of fertilizer or lime is needed in the field.  This saves on over applying fertilizer or lime which saves the grower money.

Yield Mapping
We generate yield images from data received from yield monitors during harvest. These maps give us valuable information on productive and nonproductive areas of the field. It also is a very good tool for analyzing hybrids on individual farms.
